Our experience shows very clearly that if you rush through the initial phases to get started, then there is a high probability that the project will fail.

The project process is structured according to four project phases, which ensure that we set up the project correctly and that progress follows the “green” project curve, where risks and issues are handled continuously, so that the project is successfully completed.

The central theme of our approach to projects is that projects are about people, and to succeed they need to pull hard in the same direction. It is crucial that projects are not about filling out templates or performing rituals.
