When DIS developed the machine more than10 years ago, the primary demands were to develop a reliable machine with low operating expenses and with a minimum use of manpower and resources. The machine has been running every day since the installation, and today – 10 years later – the machine is still working daily without problems.

The head end has been named ‘Triax TDX’. It is based on technology dubbed ’TDX-Pool’, which ensures an unprecedented degree of flexibility in putting together and combining programme packages.
